Initial Adolescent Examination

Chiropractic Care for Teens (Ages 13–18)

This 45-minute initial adolescent examination is the first step in providing personalized care for teenagers new to Vivid Chiropractic or chiropractic care in general. Dr. Sara Donnelly is passionate about helping adolescents improve posture, decrease pain, and enhance overall wellness so that they can grow into strong, healthy adults. 

 

During this visit, Dr. Donnelly will:

• Review your teen’s health history, including any concerns, such as headaches, back pain, neck pain, or injuries sustained during sports.

• Conduct a comprehensive examination to determine what kind of adjusting is appropriate and to detect problem areas in the spine.

• Perform a gentle, precise chiropractic adjustment to ease existing discomfort and improve spinal and extremity joint alignment.

• Recommend a plan for ongoing support, including strategies for chronic back pain relief, stress relief services, and posture correction.
