My Vision
I'm determined to establish a practice where people of all walks of life can come to receive care. My vision is to create an intimate space in which patients can relax and be at peace before returning to the busyness of the day. Vivid chiropractic is a patient-centered practice; I believe that every person is unique and deserves a truly individualized approach to chiropractic care.
My Story
The adage, "If you want something done right, do it yourself" is what first sparked my interest in healthcare. As a new mom, I felt helpless and uninformed relying on pharmaceuticals and urgent care centers for my daughter's health care needs. Although her ailments were minor, I was never satisfied with the ointments, medication, or at-home care regimens that were prescribed. It felt like I was putting a bandaid on things that deserved a more comprehensive treatment plan.
It wasn't long before my path towards obtaining a teaching degree changed to pursuing a doctorate and a chiropractic license. God certainly equips the called. I had no background in science or healthcare, or any exposure to chiropractic beyond receiving a few treatments. However, things fell into place and before I knew it, I was moving across several states to begin a new educational endeavor. Throughout the years spent studying, I grew into the mom, teacher, friend, and physician I had hoped to be. There is a transformation that happens when you trust the process of learning and growth. It's a shedding of doubts, insecurities, and old habits and an assertion of your strength, goodness, and light.
Several years into practice and countless patients later, I am grateful beyond words that chiropractic is my calling. I recognize each adjustment as a sacred opportunity to give of my light to help someone else rekindle theirs. Through my profession, I hope to make the world shine a little more vividly.

My Education
Palmer College of Chiropractic Class of 2020
I completed my doctorate at the main campus of Palmer College of Chiropractic. (This is where the chiropractic profession began!) I was a teaching assistant in radiology, women's health, passive care modalities, and orthopedic and neurological evaluations. During my clinical rotations, I worked closely with active military personnel, geriatric patients, and patients with physical and mental disabilities. I gained a passion for the art and philosophy of chiropractic while caring for this particular population.
My Approach
Our bodies are constantly in motion. We grow, learn, experience stress, feel emotions, suffer injuries, play sports, sit at desks, and overthink as if we are paid to do it!
I practice Gonstead, Diversified, Thompson, Flexion Distraction, Activator, and pediatric adjusting techniques. However, each person typically responds best to a variety of adjusting styles. This means that adjustments will change as your body changes and heals. Respecting the body's innate intelligence is critical in facilitating true healing; chiropractic care is just as much an art as a science.
